Description
This is a 1988 Dodge Xplorer 228 Class B Motor Home, 19ft, with a 360hp 5.9L V8 engine. Owned since 2003, it sleeps 4-6, has the orginal bathroom (toilet and shower), kitchenette, refrigerator, furnace and gas stove. There is plenty of storage space with also a hook on cage for the back the camper. The vehicle is a work in progress and mechanically is in tip top shape. We have meticulously kept all records, manuals, and receipts of work we have done since we got the van as well as the 2 previous owners. We have quotes of all work to have camper completely remodeled (includes updating appliances, upholstery, windows, and outside air condition). Along with maintaining the engine, transmission, brakes and suspension; we began the inside remodeling with new flooring and wood paneling as well as new rims and tires. The electrical is totally functional which includes interior lights and outlets as well as the DC hook-up located outside the camper for household hook-up. We also installed a magnetic starter immobilizer.
