1968 silver eagle 318 detroit eddy austin 6-12-07  
Bus bus will nmot start,i refilled the fuel filters and the engine starting well trying to really strong bus the gas is not getting thrue,i spray ether in it and it will run till i stop spraying it,also cant find the shut off and on vaulve for the fuel. can someone exslpain were it is ?

If your fuel pump is working then check your gas line hose for leaks: it may be sucking air.

Ok if there is not a leak then do i have a shut off vaulve? 859-514-6987 call if you would i really need to get it going today,ty for your help.

If you have not found the problem already I would guess the you have a carburator and the float is stuck in the shut position. I am not aware of a fuel shut off switch unless someone installed one themselves.

Also, I have a 68 Torino that has a small fuel filter that screws into the carburator. If you have something like that it may be clogged.
