Trying to adjust the tappets on my 6v53 detroit. the clearance is 0.025, but the engine has a press metal type bridge between the valve stems and i need to know if you have to use two feeler gauges @ 0.025 on each of them or only under one of them. appreciate your help

Help with installation and neccesary timing with 3.8 vibration damper on 1990 buick would be appreciated
