I have rebuilt my FORD E350 RV carburetor last 2 yesr, and now it leaks again. I can see that there is spring needle at the lower front of the carburetor has gas leaking out. Is this the problem w/ sticking float, or there is gasket problem? Should I buy a new carburetor and rebuilt it?
I found out where the leak is. I took out the carburetor and checked the float needle, and I found the o-ring gasket of the needle is cracked. I put a new o-ring in, no more leaks and the RV runs smooth now.
