I have a 460 ford f250 and im having problems with the exhaust manifold leaking. so if u could reply to this and help me out i would be very greatful!! i would like to know if its a chronic problem so if u have any information that could help me please email me back.

Some of the 460 manifolds warp and shrink then have a exhaust leak. It seems to be a normal problem with the 460.
Rrebuilt 440 : backfires through exhaust e: 460 Exhaust Leaks d. hahn 10-17-04  
Have recently chanded my motor from a 225/6 to a 440 big block. after putting motor in truck and hook every thing back up, we turned the motor over and it backfired like a popcorn popper. we recked timing,gear,compression cked.the cyclinders and we still have the backfiring. i would be interested in your ideas. thank-u debra
