There should be a latch on each side of the doghouse - just like the ones that used to hold down the engine cover on old Willy's Jeeps!
Lift up each latch, move to the side and the cover should slide to off. It may be a tight fit between the seats. I actually had to take my coach in and have the driver's and passenger seats each moved away from the doghouse about 3/4 inch each so the cover would slide back easy enough without gouging the vinyal cover or trying to tear the seatl belt covers off.
