I have a 1996 chevy z71 with the 4l60e tranny. i just rebuilt the tranny and hve only put about 30 miles on it since. from the start it has not shifted firmly only while up shifting. it down shifts fine and once in gear, wether it be 1 2 3 or 4 or reverse it works fine, it just has that slipping feel right when it tries to shift. i think its the shift solenoids,but not sure since i did not replace them. any input would be greatly appriciated |
