I have a 1978 tioga Motor Home on a dodge frame. The MH has a 3 speed transmission and a 4:11 rearend. It is connected to a 360 Dodge engine. I would like to change the transmission to a 4 sprrd or ober drive type. Does any one know if this can be done in this old of a Motor Home.
Add a Gear Vendor. My 89' 454 Itasca has this. Gives you a fourth gear and overdrive, plus, you can split gears and have six. This is less grunt work and you know it works with your existing tranny.
