FORD RANGER ISSUES Nick 12-25-06
I have a 93 Ford Ranger pick up with the 4.0 and auto trans. In the past week this truck has had the instrument panel light go out, a flashing ABS light come on and now the engine will start and die. I restart it but it still dies in a few seconds. The truck only has 89K original miles. Wondering if this is all connected and should I fix it or just get rid of it. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Fix it,have you checked fuel pressure and fuel filter. Could be lots of things causing the problem.Does it have a check engine light on.Have you checked for any stored codes.May need to get it scanned with a scan tool.Check it out and get it fixed. Those rangers are good trucks and should run many more miles. Good Luck Mike
