Yes in some cases there are adjustable band or bands in your trans. BUT if they need adjustment to the point that you have issues there are other issues inside that need to be fixed.
You can also install a reprogram kit to modify the shifts and increase life. I do NOT like the B&M product. There are much better reprogram kits out there.
