92 gillig phantom, do not shift is flashing and will not go in gear. I have a list of codes but it is just flashing continuously and not flashing a code. The only time I drove it was when I bought it and drove 250 miles to my park it. No problems. that was last summer.

Check jacks and landing gear, check slides in, check trans oil, then you need to clear codes, cant rember buttons to push. Doese your unit have a read codes switch hidden in engine comp or elect comp or under dash? check position.Engine control code check switch? Check position. Check codes.

I don't know how it happens or can predict when the transmission will not shift into Neutral. But here is a couple of ways around it for me: 1)putting the parking brake on, disconnect the positive cable on the battery, (the transmission must have an electronic sensor that is disfunctioning).When reconnected the transmission will be back in neutral. 2)Knowing this (transmission problem) will happen again when I slow down below 30mph I manually switch the transmission into neutral, long before a light or stop sign or traffic stops.
