I have a Tahoe with over 110,000 miles on it, and I'm haveing problems with my transmission. I need to know what a rear spider gear is.I also need a diagram of a 97 chevy tahoe transmission.So I can know wear it is in the transmission.
I have a 76 camaro w TH350C transmission, where is the modulator adjustment screw? is it the screw closest to the modulator? because there are 3 on that side. need info yesterday!!!!! HELP!!!!!!

Your spider gears are not located inside the transmission. They are located in the rear differential housing. They only come into play when you are making turns. They keep power to your wheels while speeding the outside turning tire faster to travel a greater distance. Hope this helps.

Doing swap over from two wheel drive to four wheel drive ie 1992 chevy bourbon, auto transmission tailshaft needs to be transplanted from 4 wheel drive so pto will work. How much trouble? Send details thanks
