We have a 88 winnebago super chief on a P 30 chassis, 454 carbed, what kind of trans do I have?

I have a 89 Ranger ext. cab 4x4 auto, Over drive is shifting with more RPM's than needed. Need to know how to adjust the bands, changed the vacum module and it shifts great. Which band is for the overdrive and which is for reverse.

WHAT TRANS DOES A 1997 P30 MH WITH A 454 VORTEC HAVE? AND IS THERE A ADJUSTMENT FOR THE PASSING GEAR IT SHIFTS DOWN AT THE SLIGHTST GRADE?
