I have a 94 GMC K2500 with a 4L60E trans that works well with exception of slowing truck when put in second or first manually. The truck will take off when put in these gears manually but when you let up on gas pedal, the eng returns to idle and the truck freewheels. If you accelerate the trans will engage and speed truck up. would really like to use eng for braking when coming down a hill with a load behind. If truck is in OD or D do not seem to have same problem. Any ideas? Thanks
