Where to add tranny fluid? Cal 8-18-08
I have a 1983 33ft. Winnebago motorhome. I started it up and when I put it in gear I heard fluid showering out onto the ground. When I crawled underneath transmission fluid was leaking out all over. I think I see the line/hose it's coming out of. I want to put more fluid into the transmission so I can be sure but I can't seem to find where it goes. The oil, anti-freeze and washer spouts are labeled but I can't find the tranny one. Obviously I'm not good with engines/trannys but I am laid off and trying to repair this on my own. Thank you. Cal-

From under the tranny look for the filler tube & look where it goes. I may be in the living area under the engine cover. It's a small tube about 1/2" ID with a dip stick in it.
