If your trans fluid and your filter is good, you have a solenoid that sits on the side of the trans change that, change all the solenoids, 1-2 3-4, and the tcc solenoids. If this does not work then plug the truck up to a scanner and it will tell you exactly what it is, but this is only if you have one at your disposal, because a shop or the dealership will tell you you need a new one.
