Questions about an '89 Gillig.. Im looking at buying it, $3000 needs a relay of some sort, next to the battery shut off switches.. that little "Box" with fully charged batteries the bus does nothing, no start, no turn over... does this sound right.. whats this little box called, where do I get one, how much are they? Also I was wundering.. how fast can this gillig go down the freeway? I keep hearing "55mph tops" I want atleast 75mph.. is this do-able without re-gearing(how much are gears roughly)? the motor has 20,000 miles on a rebuild.. so its a great deal, if I can get it running!. Also it has the detroit V6 engine.
