Shuttle bus conversion George 10-20-06
Has anyone converted a 25 passenger shuttle bus into a motorhome or camper?
Re: shuttle bus conversion Marc Imboden 3-28-07
I am in the middle of such a conversion right now. It's a 24 passenger and I'm converting it to an RV for my traveling band and will use it on family vacations. I will not be doing any extended camping in it, so I'm not putting a shower in it. Just a small bathroom. My plans are to sleep 7, have a small galley kitchen with fridge, microwave, propane range and sink. We will have a back couch area with entertainment area, i.e. flat screen tv, PS2 etc. The front area will have a dinnete style area with kitchen table that will convert to a bed, and another couch bed with bunk overhead. The whole thing will end up costing me around $11,000.

My husband and I are seriously thinking of converting a shuttle bus into an RV just for the two of us. We need a good floor plan that we can be comfortable with. The most we will likely sleep at any one time would be four. Do you have any suggestions? Where is the best place to purchase the shuttle bus?
Thanks.
