I have a 200 17 foot Casita Spirit Deluxe trailer in excellent condition. It has been well cared forand stored under a tarp for the most part. My wife and I do not smoke, nor do we have pets. The trailer has an awning, heater, 3-way refrigerator with freezer, air conditioner with heat strip, 2 burner gas stove, microwave and other accessories. It also has almost new tires. Asking $12,500.
I have a 1996 17' Liberty Deluxe with a raised roof for sale. It has a large dinette in the back. Part of it can be made into a queen bed and the remaining is a small "dinette for two." If you want a king-size bed you can make the whole dinette into a bed or remove the tables and have two twin beds. It has refrigerator (AC, DC, LP), two-burner stove and sink, a combo bathroom/shower, and air conditioner (new in 2007). The tires are new in 2007. It is in beautiful condition. It is kept waxed and covered when not in use. It is very clean inside.
