What is a 1971 Blue Bird worth? Lindsay 9-7-00
I have a friend that has a 1971 blue bird with the following and he was wanting to get a cost basis for resale.

He bought it new from Blue Bird and is the sole owner, he leased it to his church for a $1.00 a year and now they are wanting to retire it.

Bus information:

1971 Blue Bird Transportation Grade Bus with touring suspension package.

* 345 IH engine (gas)
10,000 miles on rebuild motor, runs great
* 2 overhead air conditioners
* 1 generator (Honda)
* Touring suspension package
* 1 main gas tank
* 1 Aux gas tank
* 1 generator gas tank
* Wired inside for 110vac
* Raised and re-enforced muffler package to reduce damage caused by low clearance
* 2 speed rear end
* new departure 435 tranny
* Overhead rack will store two canoes and luggage with spare tire
* Inside overhead storage
* Under bus storage compartments (touring package)
* Blue and white paint - needs touch up

Re: What is a 1971 Dodge RV worth? Nichole 8-30-03
I am looking to possibly purchase a 1971 Dodge M? RV. It is priced at 3295.00 and I would like to see what it is worth before I offer anything for it.
It is in excellent condition from what I see. It has 31,000 original miles.

Thank you
