Re: Plumbing & Propane by Jared
Post New Message Well i haven't done it myself, i did look into it when i was converting my bus. I'm in Manitoba, Canada and although there are no real regulations on what one person can do to there own vehicle after it passes inspection, there is still a few things that are illegal. For example, In Canada and the United States it is illegal to drive with the valves open on your propane tanks, HUGE FINES!! Also all the tubing for your propane must be made of pressure rated tubing, I know PVC tubing is acceptable, and that all seals and joints or "T" fittings must be outside the vehicle. As for propane tanks, any certified tank will do, just most prefer the larger tanks for the convience of less filling. tanks must also be stored outside the passenger compartment.

Have Fun

Jared
