Seatbelts on schoolbuses by Richard Galvan
Post New Message Dear Parents:
We would like to introduce you to a non-profit organization, Future Human Resources, incorporated under the laws of Texas. We hope you will join us in resolving an issue that has been around all over the country for several years. The issue of seat belts in our school bus fleets has been debated at parent-teacher organizations all over the country without any resolution that would satisfy the majority of the population. Future Human Resources was organized to coordinate the country's voluntary participation by soliciting support from government entities, private foundations and the general public to furnish seat belts and their installation in bus fleets of those school districts that request them.

The application for non-profit status for Future Human Resources was processed under Internal Revenue Code Sections 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and approved as of June 10, 2003. Our Board of Directors has the authority under our by-laws to implement checks and balances that will assure compliance of these regulations. In our contacts with school districts, the organization will be guided by the government policy in effect at the time as carried out by the school districts of each state.

We ask that you join us to meet this dire need to preserve the future of our country, our children. Your support will become part of a nation wide appeals responses from government entities in the form of grants, foundations, other non-profit organizations, parent-teacher associations, corporations, small businesses and the general public.
Together we can come together to relieve the burden on government of a concern that affects each one of us individually.

Should you need further clarification, please feel free to contact us at (210) 277-2750.

Sincerely,

Richard V. Galvan
President
