I have just gotten coverage for mine after I jumped through hoops for the state of MI. I had to first show I was converting it to a motorhome then sign a statement of what I was putting into it and then get it weighed and show what the value was going to be ( lowest 5000.00) from a used vehicle place. Then back to the sec of states office for a title.......then had to find an insurance company, Farm Bureau to the rescue. I had to move all of my vehicles over to this company to get coverage for ny bus but it was worth it. All they wanted was a couple of outside pictures to cover it and a value.
It's a great party machine and I believe you can have open intox as long as the driver is not affected since it is a motorhome
