There are plenty of them for sale. Go to www.trucktrader.com, click on "search", type in "school bus" and find the one closest to you. I feel certain that the seller will rent it to you, at least 4 of 5 would, with proper credentials and deposit, etc.
Or just call the school district to the public relations person (superintendent's office). Be willing to make a donation to the district and pay the wages of the county bus driver who brings it to you.
