My 1988 Ford Taurus v6 has fulty turn signals that usually stoppted working while driving and intermittently restarted working in the past, but now it totaly stopped working. Is it the flasher or the switch that needs to be replaced? If it is the flasher, please explain its location because I failed to find it near the fuse box. Thank you
