I have been a Bell Expressvu customer for approx.12 years and I have been paying for Dish Care for several years.
Dish Care covers your recievers if you have a problem. Well I have a problem with 2 of my recievers and now after paying for several years I am told it is not available in British Columbia and they will not replace my recievers. If I had not developed a problem with my recievers or had just purchased new recievers I would have continued paying this service for several years to come. I would like to know if anyone else in B.C. that is being charged for Dish Care. I will be pushing for RCMP to investigate and push for fraud charges to be laid. |
