Terrible customer service Coach House RCT 10-20-06  
I recently acquired a Coach House Platinum RV. There were a few items I needed information about as well as info for the Coach House owner's club.

I wrote Coach House direct over a week ago and as yet no reply!!! Can anyone provide me with an email address that might get me a response?

Call Coach House at 1-800-235-0984. The receptionist can give you the information for joking the Owner's Club. Then ask to speak to Armando. He can answer any technical questions you might have. If none of that that works let me know and I'll have someone contact you directly.

To whoever is not receiving a response from Coach House.

Depending on whether it is sales or service: Contact L.Blanchard for sales problem or Armondo Gaona for service problem at 1-800 235-0984 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

It is unfortunate that a request for telephone and email contact information wasn't asked for and used before posting a "Terrible customer service" comment. We now own our second platinum. The person who purchased our old one is the owner of her second platinum. I am the owner of a campground and can attest to the fact that the Coachhouse factory personnel excel in pursuit of customer service and satisfaction. If Coachhouse treats you right after you contact them, please counteract your negative comment for everyone's benefit.
