I NEED A MANUAL FOR A COLEMAN POP UP 1999 SANTA-FE MODEL BOUGHT THE TRAILER AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A MANUAL ON HOW TO OPERATE THE HEATER AND THE FRIDGE

Did you try eBay, I saw some Mach 3's for a reasonable price, and if you already have an A/C unit now, swapping it out should be pretty easy.
