Use wheel bearing grease (available in small 1lb cans at parts stores) on the hitch ball and inside the equalizer bar cams only. Do not allow any oil to contaminate the stabilizer asembly or the anti-sway bar under any circumstances! Be careful of your clothing once it is greased - it's easy to bump into and hard to get out of clothes.
