Could you please advise us of the best 4x4 within a used car price range of £10k for towing a 21ft bailey ranger 5berth caravan.

I've got a 38' Beaver diesel pusher and I've been towing a 2005 Saturn VUE for the last two years. It's got a five speed manual transmission and all I have to do after hitching up is to put it in neutral, unlock the steering wheel and pull one fuse from the fuse block on the passenger side of the center console and it's ready to go.
Not all VUE's are this tow friendly. Check the owners manual to see if it's the right one for 4 down towing.
I am exploring the same issue. I went on-line to Ford Motor Co and they list vehicles they manufacture that are four wheels down capable of being towed. Wish the other manufacturers were as helpful. Anybody with any success other than Ford, I would appreciate your advise.
