Installation was ordered for Friday April 8th 12-4
No Show
A message was left on my home phone, not the number I was at, and no call on cell phone, ( I left all phone numbers) Message was cant make it today, will rebook, we will compensate you
((1)I Called Friday 8th Spoke with Dayo, I explained that my husband and I both took a day of work to do this, he was going to have Alma call me back, she did not call back
(2)I Called Saturday April 9th, spoke to Sean, he ordered a new installation for Monday morning between 8-12, and was going to have Scott Mackenzie call me back, regarding compensation, since we had to take Friday off, and now Monday morning
No return call from Scott Mackenzie
No show from installer on Monday between 8-12
(3)I called back on Monday April 11TH Spoke to Frieda, she was going to have a installer call me back, and a manager regarding the problems with the install
Installer called, Installer said he was just called with an emergency install he received the order after Friedas call, and installed satellite by 4 ( second day of work) NO MANAGER CALLED BACK
I was charged klm, because he was sent from Owen Sound not Wiarton
(4)I called Tamara in Accounting, on April 20th regarding the problems, and she said she understood completely but could not help me that I had to speak to National Install
(5)I called on April 21st again spoke to Ivel Taylor C1A who was going to have Sean call me back at
Sean Pinock called me Friday at not the correct phone number, he left a message told me he was in the office on Saturday
(6)I called on Saturday, (long distance) left a message No Call Back
(7)I called on Monday, (long distance)old voice mail date on his machine, no call Back
(8)I called on Tuesday (long distance), no call back
(9)I called Thursday (long distance)28th spoke to Hussam 5BC and he emailed 3 managers with note to call me back, I asked to speak to someone above Sean since he is not returning calls, he is not allowed to give me a name or forward me to anyone.
I have made so far a minimum of 9 phone calls to speak to someone about compensation for 2 days off work, for two people. ( there was also a few other calls, that I did not document.
AND TWO DAYS OFF WORK, I would be out of business If I ran my company this way!!
I want to re establish our express view service.It has been on temporary disconnect (vacation) since Dec. I believe there is an email address which I can use. Please advise
