My wife and I purchased a house. The bank did a credit check and we discovered that my wife had a bad credit rating due to a Bell express vue notice on her credit rating. It was for a 4 years old invoive and she had been told by Bell that she did not have to pay because it was their error. The bank demanded that we settle with Bell but they had no record of it.
