It is unfortunate that a request for telephone and email contact information wasn't asked for and used before posting a "Terrible customer service" comment. We now own our second platinum. The person who purchased our old one is the owner of her second platinum. I am the owner of a campground and can attest to the fact that the Coachhouse factory personnel excel in pursuit of customer service and satisfaction. If Coachhouse treats you right after you contact them, please counteract your negative comment for everyone's benefit. |
