6V vs 12V Batteries - Help Pat 6-22-08
We want to replace our batteries in our 1998 Bounder. We noticed that we had 2 6v batteries. We think it was strange sinced our travel trailer had 2 12v batteries. Could we replace our 6v batteries with 2 12v batteries? We don't want to damage our rv.

Yes You can. Someone put 2 6 volt
batteries in SERIES to get 12 volts
You can run 2 12 volt batteries in
PARALEL to get 12 volts (1 battery
backs up the other one) ie. charging
