There is no "BlueBook" on these older coaches. An 83 is a little older, will have the 22R engine that is difficult to smog and may or may not have the updated 6 lug 1 ton full floating rear axle you must have due to a safety recall. Also 30,000 miles is exceptionally low for a Toyota of that age. Get a car fax to verify the mileage.
