We purchased this Mountain Lakes Advantage Upgraded membership around 1996 and it is good for 4 life transfers, and cabins are available for use not just tents and RV spaces as with some lesser priced Mountain Lake memberships.) Resorts of Distinction +PLUS
If you have been to the resort in the last two years as a guest of Mountain Lakes Co or for a sales tour, you are not eligible to purchase the membership from a MEMBER - you must instead pay thousands more to the sales team at Mountain lakes. Mountain Lakes Co tries to talk potential buyers into a free "visit" as THEIR guest if they find out that someone is interested in buying membership from a member, just to then prohibit any sell from that member to private party - Mountain Lake sales wants new customers to buy memberships from THEM instead at thousands more!
Any former or current member can verify that Mountain Lakes has a clause in their contracts that prohibit sales by members to anyone that has been a guest of Mountain Lakes company within previous 24 months.
Financing through Mountain Lakes available w/ approved credit I believe. Quarterly dues to maintain property and upgrades $137 per quarter. Dues are paid through June 31, 2008. 760-956-2822
