Fuel usage at slow speed Gus S Calabrese 2-27-08
I plan to go to BurningMan ( http://burningman.com) this year with a converted 1986 Southern California RTD bus.

http://oh-dog.com/neobus/

#1 ) At BurningMan I plan to drive my bus at 1 mph for 72 hours while pulling 40,000 lbs worth of trailers behind the bus. ( about 100 trailers ) Is there a way to estimate the amount of fuel I will have to bring ?

#2) My transmission is intermittent and I am looking for a mechanic to offer me advice ( I will pay ) on how to repair it.

You can reach me at 720 222 1309 Denver CO

I am planning to go to BurningMan this year 2008. Looking for like-minded folks to join the Snake train.

I will be putting up info at http://oh-dog.com/burningman2008/snake

I don't think you made yourself clear.

You want to tow a trailer for 72 hours @ 1 MPH?

If you are having transmission problems, your best bet would be to go to an Allison dealer.

Whatever is wrong, be prepared because it isn't going to be cheap.
