Safe, Secure Ordering
When you order from our online store, you can rest
assured that your transaction is handled in a secure environment. Entries in
our checkout screen are encrypted to prevent your personal information and your
credit card number from being read as the information travels over the Internet.
A word of caution, however: for your protection, NEVER provide sensitive information,
including your credit card number, in an e-mail message to us or to anyone else.
E-mail is never a secure environment on the Internet.
Key & Padlock
Our secure forms display this graphic
To be sure you are in a secure environment, as the "check-out" portion of our
online catalog is, look for the secure icon at the bottom of your browser.
- If you are using Netscape Navigator prior to version 4.x, the secure symbol
is a complete key (not a broken key, which indicates a non-secure environment)
at the bottom left corner of your browser window.
- If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.x, the secure symbol is a closed padlock
at the bottom left corner of your browser window, and the non-secure symbol
is an open padlock.
- If you are using Internet Explorer (all versions) the secure symbol is a closed
padlock in the lower right hand corner of your browser window (there will
not be any icon here if the environment is not secure).

For another indication that a browser is in a secure mode, look
at the web address your browser displays. In a standard, non-secure mode, the
address will begin with "http://", and in a secure mode, the address will begin
with "https://", with the "s" indicating secure. Please contact us if you have
any security issues.
