RVCN is a customer service oriented company. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Currently, there not enough tools available to calculate shipping for every situation. If circumstances arise that may cause excessive fees for shipping to be added, we will do our best to notify you using the information you supply in the order form. Oversized Items Shipping more than one box, oversized or heavy items costs extra. We will contact you using the information you provide to notify of any added shipping charges. Please note: UPS is used as our standard carrier. Canadian Shipping Rates Unfortunately, at this time, RVCN's distributor does not ship outside the US. In time we hope to change this, but, for now, we suggest using a friend or relatives address in the US, and then have them forward the package. We acknowledge this isn't the preferred method, but our options are limited at this point. Thank you for your understanding. Shipping Timeline Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. NOTE-The arrival dates are our best estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstances may impact delivery time. Shipments May Take Longer For: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and rural areas. Deliveries of oversized items and hazardous or flammable materials. Deliveries during holiday periods. Deliveries made to PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses. Deliveries made to U.S. territories
