Changing Heater core on a 99 taurus gardenstate 11-22-08
I am about to change the heater core on a 99 Taurus but I am not sure how the steering column gets disconnected/dissassembled. Does it come out with the entire dash, it seems that it is connected to the dash. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I know how to take out the air bag. Where are the 4 bolts at? Are they at the shaft collar?
