Popping Out Windshields on my american tradition Dave 8-24-08
Why do I pop out the windshields on my 1998 Feetwood American Tradition 40' Class A motorhome? When leveling with the hydraulic jacks,If I'm not real careful I can pop them out of the rubbers at the top.Has anyone else had this problem and how can I fix it to not do it anymore? I just bought this machine and the previous owner told me about it.

HELP!!!!!

Need further info - is it a (1) pc. full view windscreen or a older (2) pc. style? - I would assume the main reason for them or it for popping out is the torrque that is exerted during leveling phase which actually twists the chassis of the motorhome - Are you utlizing an automatic leveling system? - My guess is YES! - Try leveling manually.
