I was wondering what the temp for a 454 with low mile sould be running at?
The 454 that I have is running about 250-260 I have replaced the clutch fan and water pump and belts. The 454 is sitting in a Class a with p-30
It is running too hot. Timing, exhaust restriction or a clogged radiator can make the engine to run hot. 250 to 260 is too hot, that is if the gauge is accurate.
