Dometic rm4223 won't run on 110v and trips GFI in trailer. 12 volt system is not working also. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you, Randy

I have exactly the same problem, with both the RM4223 and the 12V converter. I tested my converter, it is bad. It is a 20A and I am going to replace it with a 30A model, probably ELX-30. I left the 12VDC on at the same time the 120VAC was on with the fridge. I figure the 120V heating element is bad.
